HE the Prime Minister attends the signing ceremony of Qatar’s hosting of FIA World Endurance Championship
His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, attended the official signing ceremony of Qatar’s hosting of the FIA World Endurance Championship 2024-2029, to be held at the Lusail International Circuit.
The agreement was signed by the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation (QMMF) and the 24 Hours of Le Mans at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Lusail City.
A documentary on the FIA World Endurance Championship was screened during the ceremony, and four hypercars that will participate in the championship were also showcased.
The event was attended by several sheikhs, ministers, heads of regional and international automobile federations, as well as senior officials and representatives of local and regional companies.
The endurance race will mark the opening round of the FIA World Endurance Championship 2024 season.
